From birth to one year, infants change more than at any other stage of life — and this workshop walks through what caregivers need to know to support that growth. You’ll cover physical, cognitive, and emotional milestones, feeding and nutrition, and how to read the signs of over- or under-stimulation. It also addresses two of the most important safety topics in infant care: SIDS prevention and Shaken Baby Syndrome, including the environmental factors caregivers can control and how to respond to a crying, inconsolable infant.
